Anne Wright coaches senior executives and teams to maximize their development and performance, beyond what they thought possible. Anne’s client base spans several business sectors e.g., retail, management consulting, financial services and car rental.
In her coaching, Anne will challenge and support people to be the best they can with a passion for her clients that builds trust and confidence. She also brings extensive experience leading cross-cultural teams to her work as a coach and has been especially successful working with “mavericks.”
Anne believes that each individual has an optimum approach for work and life, and that coaching enables them to find it. She helps people focus on the human elements and needs that make people the same, rather than focusing on their differences. She has a fundamental belief in the unlimited potential of each individual.
Anne’s early career was in the high-tech arena where she gained 10 years’ experience as a European Communications Manager, responsible for all aspects of external and internal communications.
Anne moved to Boston in 1994 as a Director of a hi-tech PR firm, going on to become Managing Director of the Boston office. This was followed by a move to New York as Senior Vice President and Director of the Corporate Practice for Hill and Knowlton, a top global PR firm and member of the WPP family. Here she added crisis communications and change management to her skills.
In both these roles, she achieved a dramatic turnaround in the fortunes of the businesses. Anne has extensive experience building global teams and understanding cultural complexities to ensure the quickest return on investment.
Anne has a thorough understanding of what keeps a CEO awake at night, both from running businesses and from coaching client CEOs. Her style is empathetic and she has the ability to “out the real issue” in a constructive, non-confrontational, non-judgmental way.
Anne is an NLP Practitioner and is based in London and New York.
