Sasha was a core member of the team that conducted the Center for High Performance’s groundbreaking research on the factors that accelerate or stifle high performance. In addition, she provided key editorial insights and research for Susan Lucia Annunzio’s book based on that study, Contagious Success: Spreading High Performance Throughout Your Organization.
As Director of Change Management & Global Business Transformation at American Express, Sasha launched a program management office to support a three-year Innovate for Growth strategy that resulted in a contribution of $300 million to the bottom line. In addition, she led all change management, strategic communications, training, and education programs in support of the business strategy. As a brand strategy consultant at Prophet, Sasha developed a brand-strategy capabilities assessment offering and worked for several months as an expatriate on major client engagements in Switzerland and the U.K. Previously, Sasha worked for five years as a consultant at Sibson Consulting, where she managed the change management practice and was responsible for business planning, intellectual capital development and marketing. Her work on change management and strategy projects has covered a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, professional services, financial services, academic institutions, retail and energy.
Sasha earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with General and Departmental Honors from the University of Chicago. She graduated from the University of Zimbabwe Academic Exchange Program and the University of Chicago Spanish Prehistory Field School Program. She won the Aegis Award of Excellence in 1999 and the Quill Award of Merit in 2000 for video production. Sasha has also developed customized executive education programs for the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and several global companies.
